Interior

  • Interior Gloss Painting & Preparation
  • Interior Wood Staining & Varnishing
  • Interior Walls & Ceilings Emulsion or Eggshell Painting
  • Interior Wall Coverings Stripped and Papered in Lining Paper, and Emulsion Painted
  • Paint Effects, i.e. Wood Graining, Stencil Work etc. (Details upon request)
  • Water leak damages, cleaned, sealed & re-decorated.
  • Low cost freshen-up or damage repair work can also be carried out to individual walls, doors or other small areas.

Exterior

  • Exterior Gloss Painting & Preparation
  • Exterior Masonry Painting & Preparation
  • Exterior Wood & Timber Preservative Staining & Preparation
  • Exterior Wood & Timber preparation & varnishing.
  • Exterior Fence & Gate Preservative Staining & Preparation
  • Exterior Metalwork & Structures Prepared & Painted.


All work can benefit from ICI / BBA accredited product warranties when the manufacturers paint system is followed.


Specialist Services

  • Restoration (Including associated Carpentry & Joinery by Qualified Specialist Joiner).
  • Listed Building Decorative Work and Restoration
  • Work on buildings contained within a "Designated Conservation Area".
  • Associated Scaffolding, (Provided by SDS Scaffolding), CITB Registered.


Beacon Landscape Service


  • Landscape garden services are available.
  • Turfing, (1st or utility grade), preparation and lying.
  • Wooden Fencing, Trellis & Gates, including Closeboard/Featheredge & Larchlap.
  • Wooden Decking ground level or raised.
  • Patio & Path construction and paving.
  • Shed & Greenhouse base preparation and laying.
  • Shed & Greenhouse construction.
  • Shed & SummerHouse Stain or Preservative Treatments.
  • Pond construction.
  • General repairs & maintenance of shed roofs, fencing, gates etc.


Beacon Maintenance

  • Cylinder, (YALE type), locks replaced or fitted.
  • Doors & windows eased.
  • Flat-Pack Furniture assembled & installed. (All leading retailers & suppliers, such as B&Q, Argos, etc, and usually at a much lower cost than the store or supplier charge.)
  • Bedroom Fitted Furniture assembled & installed.
  • Shelving or Curtain Rail Systems installed.
