Beacon Property Services is a family owned and run business who have been
serving households and businesses across the Isle of Wight for many years now.
Over those years we are proud to say that we have always focused our attention
on providing all our clients with the most professional and high quality service.
The core of the business began with a high quality Painting & Decorating service
and as the number of satisfied clients grew, so did fresh enquiries for other services.
We made the decision to expand the range of services offered to include:

The UK Trading Standards Service, which is a government funded,
local authority run, consumer protection service, offers all consumers
the chance to avoid the "Cowboys".
We are proud to be a member of the Trading Standards,
"Buy With Confidence", Approved Trader scheme.
Before becoming a member, and at regular intervals in order to maintain
membership, every trader must provide proof of valid Public Liability Insurance.
They must also provide proof of any Official Trade Membership,
submit to a Police CRB check, and submit a copy of the traders
Trading Terms & Conditions for scrutiny, to ensure that these are fair,
reasonable and lawful under current UK consumer law.
The scheme is open to all kinds of traders and businesses from
Plumbers and Electricians, to Wood-turners and Accountants.
